Main Purpose
For the prevention and control of spontaneous combustion during coal storage and transportation, the YSBZ slope compaction device is mainly applied in temporary commercial coal storage yards of heating companies, ports, power plants, cement plants, coal washing plants, coking plants and other storage and transportation links. It is especially suitable for high-temperature fire extinguishing in yards requiring “summer storage for winter coal” and for pretreatment in oxygen-insulation prevention construction.

The equipment performs continuous, long-distance compaction on coal pile slopes and tops via manual control. It is easy to move, and the equipped multifunctional mobile cart can adjust the roller position timely according to actual coal pile conditions, enabling convenient and accurate roller displacement to meet actual requirements of different operating conditions.

(6) The roller device is driven by a double-drum winch, with two steel cables pulling simultaneously to prevent hazards caused by cable breakage during operation.
