The KJS-28QZ mine-used pneumatic wet orifice dust suppression device is mainly used for dust removal in wind-driven slag discharge drilling. It uses compressed air as power to introduce floating small-particle dust into the main unit, purifies it through water mist, and forms dust mud for discharge. The entire device consists of two parts: a dust collector and a main unit.

The ZJT-20/8 mine-used liquid adding device for coal mines is mainly used to add dust suppressant to the main water pipeline of the fully mechanized mining machine’s dust suppression device. It solves the problems of traditional liquid adding devices, such as low automation, low output pressure, and inability to automatically mix proportions. The device detects changes in water consumption of the dust suppression water supply pipeline through pressure or flow signals, automatically starts or stops the metering pump, and adjusts the adding ratio according to the water volume to achieve automatic and high-precision addition of the special dust suppression liquid.

Mining foam dust suppression technology is an efficient dust control technology independently developed by our company with independent intellectual property rights. It is mainly used for dust control in mine excavation working faces. A fixed amount of special foam dust suppression liquid is added to the dust-proof water. Through a dedicated foaming device, compressed air is introduced to generate high-multiple foam. The foam is sprayed to the dust source by the nozzle foam spraying mechanism. By utilizing the excellent covering, wetting and adhesion properties of foam to act on dust, it prevents dust from spreading at the source and effectively reduces the dust concentration in the air. This technology mainly includes two products: mining foam dust suppression device and special mining foam dust suppression liquid. Compared with other wet dust suppression technologies, it has the characteristics of less water consumption and higher dust suppression efficiency.

The roadway dust suppression can be used as an independent system or connected to the centralized control software platform, enabling on-site display of dust concentration, online monitoring and real-time data upload. The ground software can monitor the dust concentration and the spray status of the dust suppression system in real time, and the start/stop of the spray in the dust suppression system can also be remotely controlled from the ground upper computer, realizing the function of remote centralized control.

When coal flow passes through the coal conveying belt, the touch sensor detects the coal flow rate and sends a signal to the sub-control box, which controls the electric valve to turn on the spray device and continuously sprays the transfer point for dust suppression.
