Gainike Non-rebound Rapid-hardening Spraying Material (JPW-Ⅰ) is an inorganic powder material composed of fly ash, cement, and additives. When mixed with water, it hardens and forms a strong sealing function, which can effectively seal the surface of coal-rock roadways. It can prevent the leakage of harmful gases, isolate the supply of oxygen to coal bodies to inhibit coal oxidation, and simultaneously has excellent properties such as pressure resistance, water resistance, flame retardancy, and anti-static performance. The material features low dust generation during on-site construction, good adhesion, low rebound rate, fast setting time, high compressive strength, and is safe, environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and non-irritating.

Gainike plastic spraying sealing material consists of Material A and Material B. The coating formed after their reaction has a strong sealing function, which can effectively cover the surface of coal-rock roadways and prevent air leakage from entering and harmful gases from overflowing. The coating has excellent adhesion and ductility, with an elongation at break exceeding 100%, enabling it to efficiently cope with the dynamic secondary fracturing of the roadway surface and significantly improve the effect of blocking air leakage. Meanwhile, this material can inhibit the weathering of the roadway surface and effectively prevent the rusting and failure of metal components such as anchor nets (cables) and trays.

Gainike Roadway Surface Spraying Sealing Material (JPF-Ⅰ) is a specially developed inorganic material for the spraying and sealing of roadway surfaces. The material is composed of multiple inorganic components and has excellent adhesion, ductility and sealing performance. After being sprayed on the surface of coal-rock roadways, it can form a dense and firm protective film, which can effectively seal the surface cracks of roadways, prevent air leakage and the overflow of harmful gases, and also play a role in anti-weathering and anti-rust of the roadway surface and metal components.

Gainike Inorganic Foam Spraying Material is an inorganic fire prevention and extinguishing material for plugging air leakage, mainly used for spraying on air leakage cracks in roadway sides and oxygen-isolating spraying on exposed coal sides. The material has high compressive strength, no obvious exothermic reaction, and neither burns nor supports combustion. The construction process is wet operation, producing no dust. Compared with organic polymer materials, this material is low in price, inherently safe, and meets the requirements of safety, light weight, sealing, and environmental protection. Its Application Process is simple: when in use, it is mixed with water in a certain proportion to form a slurry, which is pumped out by a grouting pump. Compressed air is introduced into the injector to form foam, which is then sprayed on the target area. The final formed inorganic foam can effectively seal the surface cracks of coal and rock roadways, preventing air leakage and the overflow of harmful gases.
