Technical Overview
The ZQC6/6 underground bundle tube gas sampling device features two sampling control modes: automatic and manual. It is a high-efficiency control system capable of multi-area cyclic sampling, concentration detection of seven types of gases, as well as real-time data transmission and storage. By being deployed in close proximity to monitoring locations such as working faces, it can effectively shorten the gas transmission distance, preventing gas leakage and contamination that may lead to inaccurate data. Meanwhile, the adoption of on-site analysis and real-time data upload strategies enhances the timeliness of gas detection values. Cooperating with the ground system software, it conducts statistics and analysis on the collected concentration data of fire-indicating gases in underground coal mines, enabling intelligent judgment and early warning of the development degree of coal spontaneous combustion. This allows for early monitoring and prediction of fire conditions, providing a scientific basis for the prediction, prevention and control of various spontaneous combustion fires in underground coal mines.
Technical Characteristics
(1) It features a small size, easy installation, and simple operation and maintenance. Adopting an integrated design, it integrates system control, gas sampling, and monitoring functions into one unit, enabling quick installation and convenient maintenance.
(2) It adopts laser sensing technology to continuously monitor the concentrations of seven types of gases, featuring simple maintenance and excellent long-term stability.
(3) The internal sampling pump adopts a diaphragm structure, featuring reliable operation and maintenance-free performance, with a suction distance of over 2 km.
(4) It adopts cyclic odor automatic switching technology, enabling gas sampling and analysis for 6 different monitoring points. Additionally, manual sampling can be conducted through the sampling port, and the results can be cross-verified with those of sampling and laboratory analysis to ensure the accuracy of prediction and early warning.
(5) It is equipped with functions for displaying the bundle tube suction flow rate and self-detecting blockage faults, and can realize automatic protection and early warning.
(6) It is equipped with a water flow alarm。
(7) It is equipped with a water-cooling function for cooling the sampled gas, facilitating the analysis of high-temperature gas from high-temperature fire points in the goaf.
(8) It can automatically store the collected gas data and automatically export the data when an external USB flash drive is detected.
(9) It is equipped with a gas calibration function, featuring simple operation and high safety.
(10) It can conduct data communication with ground equipment and is equipped with network port and optical port transmission functions, featuring stable signals and an optical fiber transmission distance of over 10 km.
