System Overview
The system integrates automatic sampling, multi-parameter detection, data storage, and real-time transmission in one. It features flexible configuration and convenient construction, which can effectively make up for the current technical deficiencies in fire monitoring and early warning in confined areas. Through an armored temperature measuring probe that goes deep into the goaf or the interior of the closed wall, it continuously monitors air temperature and water temperature. With the help of a micro air pump, it collects gas samples at regular intervals and analyzes the concentrations of spontaneous combustion signature gases (CO, CO₂, CH₄, O₂, C₂H₄, C₂H₂, etc.) in real time, realizing online continuous monitoring of key parameters. At the same time, the system integrates differential pressure and wind speed sensors to monitor the differential pressure inside and outside the closed wall and the roadway air pressure in real time, accurately judging the air leakage status. This not only provides data support for fire prediction but also offers key basis for the optimization of the mine ventilation system.
System Features
(1) Highly Integrated All-in-One Design
It adopts an integrated structure that combines control, sampling, filtering, and detection functions in one. It has a built-in filtering device and manual sampling port, enabling easy installation and meeting the application requirements of complex downhole environments.
(2) Intelligent Dual-Control & Unattended Operation
It supports dual control modes (local and remote), and allows custom setting of scheduled sampling and automatic start-stop strategies. This realizes intelligent unattended operation and significantly reduces the workload of manual operations.
(3) Accurate Air Leakage & Differential Pressure Monitoring
It integrates a high-precision differential pressure monitoring function. While self-monitoring the sampling status, it calculates the differential pressure inside and outside the closed wall in real time, providing key data support for analyzing air leakage channels, evaluating airtight quality, and optimizing the ventilation system.
(4) Local Visualization & Digital Signage
It supports external connection of LED display screens to replace traditional manual signage. This realizes local visual release of downhole data and improves the efficiency of information transmission.
(5) Multi-Source Data Fusion & Intelligent Analysis
The system can perform fusion analysis on collected multi-dimensional data (such as gas concentration, temperature, differential pressure, and wind speed). Through built-in algorithms, it judges the fire risk and air leakage trend in the confined area in real time, upgrading data collection to intelligent prediction and identifying potential safety hazards for early warning in advance.
