Lianshi Inorganic Coal And Rock Mass Reinforcement Material (KWJ-Ⅰ)

Technical Overview Lianshi Inorganic Coal and Rock Rein …

Technical Overview
Lianshi Inorganic Coal and Rock Reinforcement Material (KWJ-Ⅰ) can fully fill and reinforce broken coal and rock masses, and eventually form a dense consolidated body integrated with the coal (rock) mass. It is used for filling and reinforcing cracks in mountain bodies, tunnels, brick walls, concrete, as well as coal and rock in mines. It is especially applicable when passing through faults, and can also be used for non-flowing sand, gravel and other ground with no bearing capacity.
The material consists of two components, Material A and Material B, which are mixed with water in a certain proportion respectively, conveyed through a mining grouting system, and mixed via a gelling device to form an inorganic gel material. With low initial viscosity, after being injected into broken coal and rock masses, it exhibits excellent diffusion and penetration properties. Eventually, it forms a dense consolidated body with the coal mass, which can effectively reinforce the coal and rock masses, enhance their mechanical strength, and ensure the safe production of mines.

Technical Characteristics
(1) Excellent diffusion performance: The material has good fluidity and permeability in the initial stage, and possesses excellent diffusion capacity in the fine gaps of broken coal and rock masses, enabling it to fully fill and reinforce the broken coal and rock.
(2) Adjustable setting time, rapid curing, and high early strength: The initial setting time can be adjusted within the range of 30s to 300s, with a short interval between initial and final setting. The curing process can be completed within several minutes. The compressive strength reaches over 15MPa in one day and exceeds 40MPa in the end.
(3) Non-combustible and high temperature resistant: As an inorganic material, it is non-combustible and will not collapse or be damaged in high-temperature environments.
(4) Safe and environmentally friendly: The material is purely inorganic, non-toxic, harmless, and free from the release of irritating gases.
(5) Low cost and simple process: Compared with other organic polymer materials, this material features lower usage cost and a simpler process.

Application Locations
(1) Reinforcement of broken coal, rock and roof within the advanced mining influence area of the working face;
(2) Reinforcement of broken coal and rock on the top of working face supports or roadways;
(3) Filling and reinforcement of fractured cracks in small coal pillars;
(4) Reinforcement of coal wall spalling in the working face.

Application Process
This product consists of two powder materials, A and B, which are added into the preparation system in a 1:1 ratio respectively. In the preparation system, the solution of Material A and the aqueous solution of Material B (with a water-to-material ratio of 0.3:1) are fully stirred by a mixer. A pneumatic grouting pump is used to extract the uniformly stirred aqueous solutions of Material A and Material B respectively, which are then thoroughly mixed in a mixer. Grouting construction is carried out at specific locations through grouting pipelines.
