Technical Overview
Gainike Inorganic Self-Foaming Filling Material (JWT-Ⅲ) is an inorganic material with antistatic properties. It adopts innovative foaming technology, enabling room-temperature chemical self-foaming and room-temperature curing of inorganic materials. Compared with organic polymer materials, this material features low usage cost, no heat release, and high safety, meeting the requirements of light weight, sealing, load-bearing, high efficiency, and environmental friendliness. It is particularly suitable for filling and plugging broken areas, cavities, and air leakage channels in coal seam environments such as underground upper/lower corners, goafs, roof fall areas, etc.
Technical Characteristics
(1) Room-temperature self-foaming: Adopts innovative inorganic foaming technology, reacting and curing at room temperature.
(2) Lightweight and pressure-resistant: Low density, light weight, and with a certain compressive strength.
(3) Excellent air tightness: The cured inorganic foam has a high closed-cell rate, low air permeability, no shrinkage or cracking, enabling efficient blocking.
(4) Non-flammable and high-temperature resistant: As an inorganic material, it is non-flammable and does not collapse or fail in high-temperature environments, maintaining the blocking effect.
(5) Safe and environmentally friendly: The material is non-toxic and harmless, without affecting the production and operation environment.
(6) Low usage cost and simple process: Compared with other organic polymer materials, this material has lower usage cost and a simpler process.
Application Location
(1) Filling and blocking of air leakage channels in the goaf at the upper and lower corners of the working face;
(2) Filling and blocking of air leakage cracks between supports, behind supports, and in the goaf of the working face;
(3) Filling and blocking of abandoned old roadways, old chambers, coal chutes, and closed roadways;
(4) Prevention and control of coal oxidation and spontaneous combustion in working face goafs and other areas.
Application Process
Gainike Inorganic Self-Foaming Filling Material (JWT-Ⅲ) is added to water in a certain proportion, fully stirred and mixed, then transported to the slurry mixing device via a pneumatic grouting pump. Under the action of the slurry mixing device, it is uniformly mixed, foams immediately, and expands rapidly.
