Technical Overview
Technology is developed for the prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion in areas such as goafs of steeply inclined working faces, goafs of upward/downward mining working faces, and fractured zones of roadway surrounding rocks, as well as for the sealing of air leakage channels like working face corners, support roofs, and shallow goafs behind supports.
When mixed and stirred with water in a certain proportion, this material forms a low-viscosity paste-like gel. In the initial stage, it has excellent fluidity and diffusibility, which enables it to effectively cover and fill the surface of coal-rock masses and their fractures. In the later stage, the adhesiveness of the gel increases, allowing it to well fill and adhere to the fracture spaces of coal-rock masses. Additionally, this paste-like gel does not solidify and can maintain a plastic paste state for a long time.
The large amount of water contained in the gel can exert good heat absorption and cooling effects, as well as oxygen isolation and cooling effects on the spontaneously combustible coal in the filled space; at the same time, it also plays an excellent role in sealing air leakage.

Technical Characteristics
(1) Room-Temperature Reaction: No heat is generated during the mixing and reaction process with water.
(2) Good Controllability: The slurry does not flow freely or lose in the goaf, which is conducive to the construction of fire-resistant walls and wind insulation zones in the goaf.
(3) Good Plasticity: The slurry does not solidify, allowing secondary grouting through boreholes or pipelines.
(4) Excellent Sealing Performance: The final form is a paste-like gel, which can effectively fill the cavities and fractures in high roof caving areas and goafs, and has excellent performance in sealing air leakage.
(5) Good Cooling Performance: It can form a high-water-content covering layer on the coal surface and between fractures, playing a good role in heat absorption, cooling, and oxygen isolation.
(6) Good Adhesiveness and Wall-Hanging Property: It can form an adhesive gel layer on the coal surface and between fractures, which is beneficial for forming a dense protective film on the surface of coal-rock masses and plays a good role in various aspects.
(7) Safe and Environmentally Friendly: The product is non-toxic, harmless, non-corrosive, and non-irritating.

Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Performance
(1) High Controllability
The paste-like gel does not flow freely or get lost in the goaf, which is conducive to the construction of fire-resistant walls and isolation zones in the goaf.
(2) Good Adhesiveness
It can form a dense protective film on the coal surface and between fractures, playing a good role in various aspects.
(3) Excellent Sealing Performance
Its final form is a paste-like gel, which can effectively fill the cavities and fractures in high roof caving areas and goafs, and has good performance in sealing air leakage.
(4) Good Thermal Stability
The gel has good water retention and thermal stability; it will not collapse or change in form even when exposed to high-temperature roasting.

Application Location
(1) Prevention and control of local spontaneous combustion fires in goafs and areas behind supports;
(2) Prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion in local areas such as roadways and support tops;
(3) Filling and sealing of air leakage channels in goafs at upper and lower corners;
(4) Filling and sealing of air leakage channels between working face supports and in shallow goafs behind supports;
(5) Filling and sealing of abandoned old roadways and sealed roadways;
(6) Prevention and control of coalfield or coal pile fires, and coal gangue hill fires.

Application Process
Add water and packaged raw materials into the direct-descending device in a certain proportion; after being fully stirred and mixed by the pulping device, the mixture is injected into the fire-extinguishing area through the grouting pipeline via a high-viscosity delivery pump.
