Gainike Non-Rebound Rapid-Hardening Spraying Material (JPW-Ⅰ)

Technical Overview Gainike Non-rebound Rapid-hardening …

Technical Overview
Gainike Non-rebound Rapid-hardening Spraying Material (JPW-Ⅰ) is an inorganic powder material composed of fly ash, cement, and additives. When mixed with water, it hardens and forms a strong sealing function, which can effectively seal the surface of coal-rock roadways. It can prevent the leakage of harmful gases, isolate the supply of oxygen to coal bodies to inhibit coal oxidation, and simultaneously has excellent properties such as pressure resistance, water resistance, flame retardancy, and anti-static performance. The material features low dust generation during on-site construction, good adhesion, low rebound rate, fast setting time, high compressive strength, and is safe, environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and non-irritating.

Technical Characteristics
(1) The fly ash content in this spraying material accounts for over 75%, which can completely replace the sand component in traditional cement mortar. It can be directly mixed with water in a certain proportion for use, featuring a simple process.
(2) This spraying material has good wall-hanging performance, low rebound rate, and little dust generation.
(3) This spraying material has short initial and final setting times and high compressive strength.
(4) This spraying material is non-toxic, non-irritating, odorless, and non-corrosive, being safe and environmentally friendly.

Application Locations
Suitable for all locations where traditional cement mortar spraying is applied.

Application Process
The powder and water are mixed in a volume ratio of 1:(0.15-0.25). The powder is poured into the spiral mixing and feeding port, fully mixed during the feeding process, and then delivered to the shotcrete machine. Then, under the action of compressed air, the shotcrete machine delivers the mixed material to the spray gun, where it is mixed with water before spraying.
