Platform Overview
By arranging gas sampling beam tubes at the top of the coal bunker, installing an optical fiber temperature measurement system on the coal bunker tank, and matching with wireless ad-hoc network sensors inserted into the outer wall of the coal bunker, the system realizes real-time collection, analysis and early warning of indicator gas concentration data and temperature data in the coal bunker. It also achieves accurate positioning of high-temperature areas through analysis and early warning software. At the same time, the monitoring system can conduct data connection with the nitrogen injection system. When a fire alarm occurs, it links with the nitrogen injection system to perform inerting treatment on the designated area of the coal bunker.

System Features
(1) Realize real-time collection, transmission, calculation and analysis of concentration data and temperature data of indicator gases in the coal bunker;
(2) It can display the equipment deployment status in animation. Through digital modeling technology, it can realize accurate positioning of high-temperature areas and three-dimensional display of early warning areas, facilitating staff to take emergency response measures;
(3) It can intuitively display various real-time early warning information, monitoring data, and change rules of indicator values, including curves, cloud maps, historical changes and statistical reports;
(4) According to pre-set early warning rules, it can send out alarm signals in a timely manner for detected abnormal conditions, release information through the WEB platform, and support viewing and processing on mobile terminals such as mobile phone APPs;
(5) The monitoring system can realize data connection with the coal bunker nitrogen injection inerting system, use preset gas concentration and temperature indicators as the basis for system startup, and link with the nitrogen injection system to complete the nitrogen injection inerting work in the designated area of the coal bunker.
