Technical Overview
The drill bit is manufactured with multiple pieces of polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC) cutters, featuring high hardness, excellent wear resistance, strong impact resistance and fast drilling speed. With a rational design, its lip scrapes rock evenly and steadily during drilling, while the protruding sections enable rapid positioning, making it suitable for drilling in complex coal-rock formations in goaf areas. Three grout outlets are designed to provide a larger grout flow during grouting and prevent borehole blockage.

Technical Characteristics
JFZT-55A Type Drill Bits For Fire-Fighting Grouting is equipped with 9 polycrystalline diamond compact cutters. Based on extensive tests, the matrix structure, installation dimensions and deflection angles of each cutter have been optimized. It integrates the functions of rapid hole opening and positioning at the head, effective scraping and drilling by inclined wings, scraping/material splitting by side wings, and grouting through a large hollow bore. It boasts strong adaptability to soft and hard rock formations, high drilling efficiency, low risk of sticking in fractured coal-rock environments of goafs, and high grout output from the three outlets at the head.

Main Uses
Combining the advantages of conventional geological drill bits, the JFZT-55A fire prevention and grouting drill bit is used together with fire prevention grouting drill pipes to construct grouting boreholes and perform grouting for fire prevention and control.
