Product Overview
The ZJT-20/8 mine-used liquid adding device for coal mines is mainly used to add dust suppressant to the main water pipeline of the fully mechanized mining machine’s dust suppression device. It solves the problems of traditional liquid adding devices, such as low automation, low output pressure, and inability to automatically mix proportions. The device detects changes in water consumption of the dust suppression water supply pipeline through pressure or flow signals, automatically starts or stops the metering pump, and adjusts the adding ratio according to the water volume to achieve automatic and high-precision addition of the special dust suppression liquid.
The control host can make automatic decisions based on on-site conditions and send control commands to the dust suppression spray sub-control boxes at each control point and the mine-used liquid adding device. This enables the activation of dust suppression sprays and the addition of Siruifu special dust suppression liquid into the main pipeline by the mine-used liquid adding device.
In addition, ground staff can also send control commands to the control host via the ground computer to remotely control the opening of dust suppression pipeline valves and the mine-used liquid adding device, realizing remote centralized control of the system.
