Product Overview
This new-generation beam tube monitoring device features two sampling control modes: automatic and manual. It is a high-efficiency control system capable of multi-zone cyclic sampling, detection of ten gas concentrations, and real-time data transmission and storage.
The sensing module adopts tunable laser absorption spectroscopy (TLAS) and quantum cascade laser (QCL) analysis technology, which can effectively conduct accurate detection and analysis of gas components related to downhole spontaneous combustion fires, including O₂, CH₄ (methane), CO, N₂, CO₂, C₂H₄ (ethylene), C₂H₂ (acetylene), C₂H₆ (ethane), H₂S (hydrogen sulfide), and NH₃ (ammonia).
Cooperating with the ground intelligent early warning system software, it statistically analyzes the collected values of downhole fire signature gases, enabling intelligent judgment of the development degree of coal spontaneous combustion. It can monitor and predict fire conditions at an early stage, providing a scientific basis for the prediction and prevention of various spontaneous combustion fires in coal mines.

Product Features
(1) Adopts a modular design to realize integrated modules for system control, gas sampling, and detection & analysis.
(2) Equipped with industrial-grade full-laser gas sensors, it enables continuous monitoring of ten gases without cross-interference, featuring high accuracy and fast response speed.
(3) The whole machine is equipped with a backup power supply and adopts low-power pre-pumping sampling technology. It can still realize uninterrupted operation of the entire system after power failure, ensuring continuous and reliable sampling data.
(4) Equipped with dual cooling devices (water and air cooling), it can meet the needs of gas sampling and analysis at high-temperature fire points.
(5) Adopts cyclic air-extraction automatic switching technology. The standard number of sampling channels is 10, and channel expansion is supported, with a maximum expansion to 50 channels.
(6) Supports remote expansion and multi-pump cascading, truly realizing positive pressure transmission. It has flexible configuration and greatly improves sampling rate.
(7) Has fault self-inspection function, automatic protection and alarm for abnormal status, and automatic judgment and positioning of fault points.
(8) Built-in compressed air generation and storage module: while meeting sampling switching needs, it can also perform pipeline blockage backblowing, solving the trouble of laying external compressed air pipelines.
(9) Supports wireless communication function, enabling access to 5G/Wi-Fi wireless networks. It has a small size, easy installation, and quick deployment.
