The Model 3ZBQS12/6 Pneumatic Grouting Pump for Mining is a grouting equipment manufactured by our company. It is composed of components including an air cylinder, piston rod, pump head assembly, suction and discharge valve group, and frame, and can operate with two cylinders or three cylinders.

Working Principle
The Model 3ZBQS12/6 Pneumatic Grouting Pump for Mining uses compressed air as its power source. By leveraging the large area ratio between the air cylinder and the grouting cylinder, the pump can generate high grouting pressure in the cylinder with relatively low air pressure.

Technical Characteristics
(1) It features an advanced structure, with high rated output pressure, large displacement, and high efficiency. It is easy to move and convenient to maintain.
(2) It has comprehensive functions: it can grout both single-component and two-component slurries; it is applicable for both chemical slurries and other slurries like cement slurry.
