Technical Overview
2ZBQS Series pumps are pneumatic grouting pumps designed for mining applications. Among them, the models 2ZBQS20/10 (as shown in Figure 1), 2ZBQS30/7 (as shown in Figure 2), and 2ZBQS45/4 (as shown in Figure 3) are composed of key components including a pneumatic triple unit, air cylinder, piston rod, reversing valve, pump head assembly, suction and discharge valve group, and frame. Model 2ZBQS10/3 (as shown in Figure 4) is mainly composed of two major parts: a starting motor and small grouting cylinders.

Working Principle
This series of pumps uses compressed air as the power source to drive the piston in the cylinder for reciprocating motion. Simultaneously, the dual plungers of the pump head assembly also perform reciprocating motion. Coordinating with the suction and discharge valve group, they complete the suction and discharge of the slurry. Due to the large acting area ratio between the cylinder and the pump head assembly, a relatively low air pressure can generate high grouting pressure in the cylinder.

Technical Characteristics
(1) This series of pumps features advanced structure, with high rated output pressure, large displacement, and high efficiency. They are easy to move, and convenient to use and maintain.
(2) Comprehensive functions: They can grout both single-component and two-component slurries, and are suitable for both chemical slurries and other slurries such as cement. When grouting two-component slurries, the dual cylinders work simultaneously, ensuring a fixed mixing ratio and uniform mixing of materials.
(3) High safety: They can be used safely in flammable, explosive, high-temperature, and humid environments.
(4) This series of pumps uses compressed air to transmit pressure signals, forming a closed-loop automatic control system. It has a simple structure, reliable operation, and no overpressure issues.
(5) The reversing mechanism of this series of pumps has automatic pneumatic positioning function, with no “self-stopping” phenomenon.
(6) This series of pumps has strong resistance to impurity contamination and reliable working performance. The suction and discharge valve group can be quickly disassembled, making maintenance convenient.
(7) This series of pumps allows stepless adjustment of slurry discharge volume and pressure, and has the function of automatically adjusting the pump’s discharge volume according to the preset grouting pressure.

Main Uses
This series of pumps can meet the grouting requirements for both single-component and two-component slurries. In addition to being used in conjunction with the mining foam gelling device produced by our company to conduct fire prevention and control in coal mine mining faces, driving roadways, and other locations, they can also be widely applied in waterproofing and reinforcement projects in flammable and explosive environments such as coal mines and iron mines, as well as in projects including subways, tunnels, buildings, and bridges.
