Technical Overview
The mining mixer is a dedicated batching equipment for the Prat series of fire prevention and extinguishing technologies. This device is a horizontal twin-shaft ribbon mixer, mainly composed of an explosion-proof motor, a reducer, Solution A mixing tank, Solution A storage tank, Solution B mixing tank, mixing ribbons, a liquid level gauge, and a discharge mechanism. It can be widely used for the preparation of liquid-liquid and liquid-powder mixed slurries of two components under different proportions and concentrations.

Working Principle Of Mine-Used Mixer
The mine-used mixer is equipped with 2 uniformly distributed stainless steel ribbons with spiral ascent on the periphery of the ribbon shaft. The shaft and the ribbons are connected by uniformly distributed rungs made of stainless steel round tubes. When the ribbon shaft is driven to rotate by the gear motor, the ribbons drive the materials to move in the three-dimensional space of axial, radial and circumferential directions, so as to achieve the technological effects of stirring, dispersing and mixing.

(3) Large slurry preparation capacity and fast discharge speed: The ingenious discharge mechanism can transfer the prepared 200L slurry to the liquid storage tank and reset within only a few seconds. Slurry preparation and grouting are carried out simultaneously, resulting in high cyclic slurry preparation efficiency and enabling non-intermittent continuous operation.
