Technical Overview
Eakt Slurry Colloidal Foam (FJP-Ⅱ) was developed to address the problems of large-area coal spontaneous combustion in underground coal mine gobs and the difficulty in controlling hidden and unknown fire sources. Compared with the shortcomings of traditional yellow mud grouting, such as easy loss along gullies and inability to spread to high positions, Eakt Slurry Colloidal Foam enables yellow mud slurry to self-foam and generate inert gas by adding two components. The formed mud colloid can spread, accumulate and cover in the gob with foam as the carrier, which can bring more water and yellow mud slurry into the high, medium and low positions of the prevention and control space. It also has good accumulation performance, greatly improving the fire prevention and extinguishing effect.

Technical Characteristics
(1) Self-foaming: The added foaming agent interacts with the yellow mud slurry to achieve self-foaming. The foaming process is not restricted by external conditions and does not generate heat.
(2) Excellent foaming performance: The foaming multiple exceeds 6 times, with a large output. It can effectively avoid the loss and phenomenon of yellow mud slurry and can spread in large quantities in a short time.
(3) Excellent accumulation performance: After foaming, it has good accumulation property. In fractured coal and rock mass, it can reach the upper, middle and lower positions of the treatment space, greatly improving the effective coverage range of yellow mud.
(4) Excellent heat absorption and cooling performance: The slurry foam contains a large amount of water. The vaporization of water absorbs heat, which greatly reduces the temperature of coal and the environment, keeps it in a moist and cool state, and prevents spontaneous combustion of coal.
(5) Excellent oxygen isolation performance: The foamed yellow mud slurry can effectively cover and wrap the surface of coal, isolate oxygen, seal coal fissures, and thus effectively prevent coal oxidation.
(6) Simple Application Process: It utilizes the existing yellow mud grouting system in coal mines, with light equipment, simple operation and low use cost.

Application Location
(1) Prevention and control of large-area fire sources in gobs;
(2) Prevention and control of unknown fire sources in gobs;
(3) Prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion in local areas such as roadways and the top of supports;
(4) Prevention and control of spontaneous combustion fires in gobs and local areas behind supports;
(5) Prevention and control of large-area fires in coal fields.

Application Process
In the underground yellow mud grouting pipeline, Eakt Slurry Colloidal Foam (FJP-Ⅱ) Component A is added into the grouting pipeline through quantitative addition. After the yellow mud slurry is fully mixed with Component A, Component B is then added into the pipeline. After mixing and foaming, slurry foam is generated, which is injected into the fire prevention and extinguishing treatment area through the grouting pipeline.
