Technical Overview
Gainike plastic spraying sealing material consists of Material A and Material B. The coating formed after their reaction has a strong sealing function, which can effectively cover the surface of coal-rock roadways and prevent air leakage from entering and harmful gases from overflowing. The coating has excellent adhesion and ductility, with an elongation at break exceeding 100%, enabling it to efficiently cope with the dynamic secondary fracturing of the roadway surface and significantly improve the effect of blocking air leakage. Meanwhile, this material can inhibit the weathering of the roadway surface and effectively prevent the rusting and failure of metal components such as anchor nets (cables) and trays.

Technical Characteristics
(1) Strong adhesion: It bonds highly to the surfaces of coal-rock mass, metal, wood, etc., with strong adhesive force.
(2) Good ductility: The elongation at break exceeds 100%, and it has good strain capacity against dynamic deformation of the roadway surface.
(3) Rust prevention performance: It is firm and does not crack, which can effectively prevent the rusting of metal nets, anchor rods and trays.
(4) Weathering resistance: It has excellent anti-seepage function, which can ensure that the roadway surface does not weather for a long time.

Performance Test
(1) Ductility Performance
When the coating of the plastic spraying material is stretched, the elongation at break exceeds 100% without damage, showing excellent ductility.
(2) Flame Retardant Performance
When the coating of the plastic spraying material is baked with high-temperature flame, it does not burn, and only the surface is slightly carbonized, showing excellent flame retardant performance.
(3) Underground Shotcreting Effect
The finally formed coating has a strong sealing function, bonds highly to the surfaces of coal-rock mass, metal, wood, etc., and can prevent air leakage from entering and harmful gases from overflowing.

Application Locations
(1) Spraying and sealing of the surface of airtight walls and surrounding rock;
(2) Spraying on the roof of gob-side entry retaining and the side wall of the adjacent empty side;
(3) Spraying for rust prevention on the side walls of high-humidity roadways such as air intake and return roadways;
(4) Spraying on the surface of easily weathered coal-rock roadways.

Application Process
Gainike plastic spraying sealing material consists of Material A and Material B. When in use, Material A (liquid material) and Material B (powder material) are mixed in a volume ratio of 1:1 to form a premix. The premix of Material A and Material B is delivered to the front-end slurry mixing device through a pneumatic spraying pump, and after being fully mixed by the slurry mixing device, it is sprayed to the construction area through the spray head.
