Technical Overview
Gainike Roadway Surface Spraying Sealing Material (JPF-Ⅰ) is a specially developed inorganic material for the spraying and sealing of roadway surfaces. The material is composed of multiple inorganic components and has excellent adhesion, ductility and sealing performance. After being sprayed on the surface of coal-rock roadways, it can form a dense and firm protective film, which can effectively seal the surface cracks of roadways, prevent air leakage and the overflow of harmful gases, and also play a role in anti-weathering and anti-rust of the roadway surface and metal components.

Technical Characteristics
(1) Strong adhesion: It adheres highly to surfaces such as coal and rock mass, metal, and wood, with strong adhesion.
(2) Excellent ductility: Making it suitable for roadway deformation.
(3) Superior rust resistance: It is firm and does not crack, providing good anti-rust function.
(4) Strong weather resistance: It has a good anti-seepage function, ensuring that the roadway surface does not weather.

Performance Tests
(1) Ground shotcreting experiment
The material is sprayed onto the surface of the coal gangue pile using a spraying machine. After the sprayed layer is cured, it adheres highly to the surface of the coal gangue.
(2) Underground shotcreting experiment
Shotcreting is performed on the surrounding rock surface of the underground coal pillar crossheading. The finally formed film has strong sealing function, adheres highly to surfaces such as coal-rock mass, metal, and wood with strong adhesion. It can effectively seal the surface of coal-rock roadways, preventing air leakage from entering and harmful gases from overflowing.

Application Location
(1) Spraying on the roof of gob-side entry retaining and the side of the entry adjacent to the gob;
(2) Spraying on the surrounding rock of development roadways and panel preparation roadways for rust prevention;
(3) Spraying on the side of high-humidity roadways such as return air roadways for rust prevention;
(4) Spraying on the surrounding rock of weathering-prone coal-rock roadways.

Application Process
Powder, liquid material, and water are added into the slurry-making system via dedicated equipment, and then sprayed onto the roadway surface multiple times by a slurry machine.
