Technical Overview
Gainike inorganic foam filling material is an inorganic fire prevention and extinguishing material used for filling and plugging air leakage. It is mainly applied to corner plugging and open cavity filling. This material is a single-component inorganic mixture with a simple Application Process. When in use, it is mixed with water in a certain proportion to form a slurry, which is pumped out by a grouting pump. Then, compressed air is introduced into the foamer to form foam. The material has no reaction exotherm, neither burns nor supports combustion. Compared with organic polymer materials, this material is low in price, inherently safe, and meets the requirements of safety, light weight, sealing and environmental protection.
Technical Characteristics
(1) Physical compressed air foaming, with high foaming ratio and low foam density;
(2) Safe and environmentally friendly, the material is non-toxic and has no irritating odor;
(3) The foam has a high closed-cell rate, low air permeability, no shrinkage, no cracking, and good foam stability;
(4) Good flame retardancy, the inorganic foam is flame-retardant and does not support combustion.
Application Location
(1) Filling and blocking of air leakage channels in the goaf at the upper and lower corners of the working face;
(2) Filling of abandoned old roadways, old chambers, coal chutes and closed roadways;
(3) Filling of high roof fall areas in roadways;
(4) Prevention and control of local oxidation and spontaneous combustion areas such as working face goafs.
Application Process
Materials and water are added to the pulping system in a certain proportion, and grouting is performed to the area through a grouting machine.
