Gainike Inorganic Self-Foaming Filling Material (JWT-Ⅰ)

Technical Overview Gainike inorganic self-foaming filli …

Technical Overview
Gainike inorganic self-foaming filling material is used by mixing material A (powder), material B (liquid) and water in a certain proportion. It is a completely inorganic material with absolute flame retardancy and antistatic properties, neither burning nor supporting combustion. It adopts innovative foaming technology to realize normal-temperature chemical self-foaming and normal-temperature curing of inorganic materials. Compared with organic polymer materials, this material has the advantages of low price, no heat release and good safety, meeting the requirements of light weight, sealing, high efficiency and environmental protection. It is especially suitable for filling and plugging broken areas in contact with coal such as upper and lower corners, goafs, roof caving areas, as well as hollow areas and air leakage channels.

Technical Characteristics
(1) Room-temperature self-foaming: Adopting innovative inorganic foaming technology, it reacts and cures at room temperature without releasing heat to the surrounding environment.
(2) Lightweight and pressure-resistant: The inorganic foam can expand 5-7 times, with low density and light weight, while having a certain compressive strength.
(3) Good air tightness: The cured inorganic foam has a high closed-cell rate, low air permeability, enabling efficient plugging.
(4) Flame-retardant and high-temperature resistant: As an inorganic material, it is flame-retardant and does not support combustion; it will not be damaged in high-temperature environments, maintaining the plugging effect.
(5) Safe and environmentally friendly: The material is non-toxic and harmless, with no release of irritating gases. It adopts a wet construction process, which does not affect the production and operation environment.
(6) Simple process and low cost: Compared with organic polymer materials, its material cost, equipment and personnel input are relatively lower.

Performance Tests
(1) Room-temperature foaming and room-temperature curing
Adopting innovative inorganic foaming technology, it reacts and cures at room temperature without releasing heat to the surrounding environment.
(2) Flame retardancy
The inorganic self-foaming filling material is flame-retardant and does not support combustion. It will not be damaged in high-temperature environments and can maintain the plugging effect.
(3) Plugging performance
The cured inorganic foam has a high closed-cell rate, low air permeability, no cracking, and can achieve efficient plugging.
Application Location
(1) Filling and plugging of air leakage channels in the goafs at the upper and lower corners of the working face;
(2) Filling and plugging of air leakage cracks between supports, behind supports and in the goaf of the working face;
(3) Filling and plugging of abandoned old roadways, old chambers, coal chutes and closed roadways;
(4) Prevention and control of local oxidized spontaneous combustion areas such as the goaf of the working face.

Application Process
The inorganic self-foaming filling material consists of Material A and Material B. When in use, Material A (powder) is mixed with water at a volume ratio of 1:1 to form Material A premix, and Material B (liquid) is mixed with water at a volume ratio of 2:1 to form Material B premix. The Material A premix and Material B premix are delivered to the front-end mixing device by a pneumatic grouting pump at a volume ratio of 4:1. After being fully mixed by the mixing device, the mixture is filled into the construction area through the grouting pipeline, then foams and expands immediately, and gradually solidifies to achieve plugging.
