Founded in 2013, Jiangsu Ji'an Mining Technology Co., Ltd. is a national-level key "Little Giant" enterprise specializing in the prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion, a national high-tech enterprise, and a Jiangsu Provincial Gazelle Enterprise.

Since its establishment, the company has adhered to the business policy of "Based on technological innovation, centered on technical services, and oriented to problem-solving". To expand its business scope, the company has invested in three subsidiaries: Xuzhou Botai Mine Safety Technology Co., Ltd., which focuses on the R&D and application of industrial dust control technology, providing dust prevention and control solutions for mines and industrial fields; Zhongnenghuibo Safety Technology (Xuzhou) Research Institute Co., Ltd., which is committed to safety production inspection and testing, as well as research on comprehensive control technologies for mine disasters, providing professional and accurate safety diagnosis services and disaster control solutions for safe mining; Beijing Zhongnenghuibo International Energy Technology Co., Ltd., which specializes in the R&D and promotion of safety protection technologies for overseas coal mining, providing technical support and services for global coal transportation and intelligent mining.

These three enterprises cooperate deeply with Ji'an Technology, complementing each other in technology and business. The company has formed five major business systems: intelligent disaster early warning, mine disaster prevention materials, intelligent equipment, inspection and testing, and technical services. This significantly enhances the company's comprehensive service capacity in the field of mine safety, providing customers with an all-round integrated solution ranging from disaster monitoring and early warning, safety diagnosis to disaster control.

The company has established Xuzhou Enterprise Technology Center and Xuzhou Coal Spontaneous Combustion Control Engineering Research Center. In the past three years, R&D investment has accounted for more than 10% of operating income. It has built a R&D and business system with fire prevention and extinguishing as the core, and intelligent ventilation and multi-disaster collaborative early warning and control as the foundation. From 2014 to 2025, Ji'an Technology has contributed 5 major technological innovations to the industry. By December 2025, the company had applied for 158 patents, including 78 invention patents, 24 authorized invention patents, and 14 software copyrights. The company owns 1 "International Leading" technology, and has won 1 First Prize of Anhui Science and Technology Award, 1 Third Prize of Shanxi Science and Technology Progress Award, 1 First Prize, 5 Second Prizes and 10 Third Prizes of China Coal Industry Science and Technology Award, as well as 2 "China Good Technology (Class A)" awards.

Development History

2008–2010

Foundation Stage
2008: Team established, focusing on energy safety field.
2010: Founded Xuzhou Botai, with the mission "Make coal miners safer and healthier"; obtained the first utility model patent; sales exceeded 10 million RMB.

2013–2014

Technological Breakthrough
2013: Established Xuzhou Ji'an, with the mission "Eliminate coal spontaneous combustion disasters"; foam dust suppression device obtained first batch of MA certification in China.
2014: Successfully developed "Foam Gel Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Technology", praised as "an epoch-making progress" by industry experts.

2017–2018

Industry Recognition
2017: Developed the first set of downhole tube bundle gas sampling device, established the intelligent fire prevention business direction.
2018: "Pratt Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Technology" was awarded "International Advanced Level"; certified as National High-Tech Enterprise.

2019–2021

Innovation Leadership
2019: "Normal Temperature Chemical Foaming Solid Foam Filling Technology" won the First Prize of China Coal Industry Science and Technology Award.
2021: Launched "Gainike Inorganic Self-foaming Filling Material", solving safety risks of traditional organic polymer materials; won First Prize of Anhui Science and Technology Award.

2022–2023
